I'm having trouble logging into my account. What do I do?

If you have not received the hhjaccess info email or are having trouble logging in, read the following:

Click the red “Member Log-In” button in the upper left corner. On the “Member Login page” on the OJA website, below the username and password boxes, there is a “forgot password?” link. Click on that button and enter your email address.

You should receive a reset password link in your email account in a few minutes or less. Click the link to finish the process. Keep track of your new password!

How do I change my password?

You can change your password two ways:

  1. Editing your profile – any field you change, including the password field will be updated, (any field you leave will not be changed). When viewing your Profile, you can choose to update it by using the Profile Update Form. To Get there: The Login area turns to a Member Profile Summary box when logged in, if you click Edit my Profile, you will be able to view and edit your profile. You can also reach it through the Membership drop down menu

  2. Using the Forgot Password link, in the login window will send you a password reset notification to the registered email, allowing you to update your password.

My email confirmation didn't show up. What do I do?

Can I register more than one member to a single email?
